I provide independent medico-legal psychological assessment and expert witness services in civil matters, accepting instructions from solicitors acting for both claimants and defendants.
I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience in psychological trauma, adult mental health and complex psychological assessment.
Assessments and reports are prepared in accordance with Civil Procedure Rules and Part 35 obligations. Reports are independent, balanced and clearly reasoned, informed by clinical interview, review of records and psychometric assessment where appropriate.

Areas of instruction commonly include:

• PTSD and trauma related difficulties
• Anxiety and depression
• Adjustment difficulties
• Workplace stress and trauma
• Psychological consequences of accidents, assaults and adverse experiences

Reports may address diagnosis, causation, prognosis, treatment recommendations and functional impact.
Additional work includes responses to Part 35 questions, addendum reports, joint expert discussions, conferences and court attendance where required.
I have completed specialist expert witness training with Bond Solon in report writing, courtroom skills, and civil and criminal procedure.
